We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. We process and ship all orders via USPS Mail within 1 to 2 business days of order receipt. We are usually super quick with order processing! Please understand we are a small, family-owned business and order processing may take longer depending on order volume. We will notify you if an order will be shipped from our shop beyond 4 business days.
For orders under $45, we charge a flat rate of $4.95 for USPS First Class Shipping with tracking. For orders over $45, shipping is FREE!!
Please be aware that we cannot guarantee shipping / delivery dates. Once a package is dropped off by us and processed by the post office, we have absolutely no way of controlling or expediting delivery in any way whatsoever. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
If you need something by a specific date, please contact us directly so we can make delivery arrangements using an "express shipping" service (expect much higher additional fees for this guaranteed special delivery service...usually upwards of $35 to $60 extra for guaranteed USPS shipping, or possibly more).
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have ten (10) calendar days from the date you received your order to contact us (Sales@handmadejoya.com) and request a return authorization.
Once we have authorized a return, please ship the item(s) back to us in their original condition at your expense. When we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund.
Please Note: Customers are responsible for returning items in their original condition and in their original packaging. If we find the returned items are not in their original condition and have been altered/damaged in any way, your refund will be forfeited.
